The invention discloses a pneumatic muscle-actuated wearable elbow joint rehabilitation training device which comprises an artificial pneumatic muscle component, an upper arm supporting component, a forearm supporting component, an elbow connecting component and a rocker slider component. The pneumatic muscle component is used for providing actuating force; the upper arm supporting component comprises a shoulder protection plate, a main supporting plate, an elbow protection plate and a rotating plate, thereby being used for continuously transmitting the actuating force; the forearm supporting component comprises a bottom plate, a small-arm retaining plate and a forearm plate, and forms a receiving chamber for accommodating a forearm; the elbow connecting component comprises a first slide plate and a second slide plate which jointly form an elbow rotating joint; the rocker slider component comprises a crank sleeve, a crank lever and a slider so as to complete transmission of the actuating force from the upper arm supporting component to the forearm supporting component. The pneumatic muscle-actuated wearable elbow joint rehabilitation training device is convenient to wear and high in safety, has characteristics of ergonomics, and is particularly suitable for performing active and passive coordination training on elbow joints in a complicated training mode.
