Model airplane engine test stand

2009
The utility model discloses a model airplane engine test stand, in order to simultaneously measure rotary speed, thrust force, torque and fuel consumption rate of a model airplane engine and provide fine power test data for small-sized unmanned aerial vehicle research. The utility model is composed of a test stand base fixed on an elevating push vehicle, a suspending platform supported by four support levers and a force transmission shaft rooted on the suspending platform by a stop bearing, the pull (push) force and the torque of the engine can be measured by an electric measuring pull and press sensor and a torque sensor. The characteristics of the rotary speed, the pull (push) force, the torque and the fuel consumption rate of the model airplane engine in the range from an idle speed state to a maximum rotary speed state can be measured by driving for one time and combining with a photo tachometer to measure the engine rotary and a graduation oil tank to measure the engine fuel consumption rate.
