Interoperabilidade entre os Sistemas de Informação em Saúde Brasileiros: uma revisão integrativa

2020
Introduction: Brazil has many health information systems to support the financing and management of health services. Interoperability is the ability to exchange information between these systems. It qualifies the information and favors the integrality of care provided in Brazilian Health System. However, there is no link between these systems. In order to improve this communication, the objective was to identify the interoperability standards used in SUS and their characteristics presented in the literature. Methods: It’s an integrative review, through a SciElo database research, using the descriptors: “Informatica em Saude”, “Sistemas de Informacao em Saude”, “Gestao da Informacao em Saude”, beyond the keywords: “Padroes de Interoperabilidade” e “Health Information Interoperability”. The language and year of publication were not limited. The result was grouped according to content similarity. Results:  Four publications were located. There was a lack of studies and the existence of seven interoperability standards that do not maintains the necessary interoperability. Conclusion: It reinforces the need for governmental efforts to standardize and foster the adoption of interoperability standards in the development of health information systems, as well as policies that value and stimulate the process of information production, involving training of professionals and managers, who need to appropriate technological and strategic issues.
