Determination of bisphenol A in food packaging materials by static injection chemiluminescence combing with solid phase extraction

The rapid and easy static injection chemiluminescence method was estabished to measure the content of Bisphenol A in food packaging materials. A mixture of luminal-potassium permanganate in the alkaline solution can create a stable chemiluminescence( CL) signal,and bisphenol A can inhibit the CL signal when it is poured into the mixture. Under the optimized conditions,the linear range for the determination of bisphenol A was 1. 0 × 10- 7to 1. 0 × 10- 3mol·L- 1( r =0.993) with a detection limit of 4. 3 × 10- 3mol·L- 1. The relative standard deviations for 11 repeated measurements was1. 48%. The method has been successfully applied to the determ ination of bisphenol A in food packaging materials with recovery rate ranging from 76. 35% to 97. 43%.
