Leaky cable detection device and system

The invention relates to a leaky cable detection device and a leaky cable detection system which uses the device. The leaky cable detection device comprises the circuits and the modules of a power supply module, a bi-directional coupler, a forward power detection circuit, a reverse power detection circuit, a transceiver and a control module. The forward power detection circuit and the reverse power detection circuit respectively detect the power value of a radio frequency signal and send the power value to the control module for processing, so as to acquire the information of standing-wave ratio, short circuit and open circuit. According to different connection modes, the leaky cable detection system can form a cascade detection system, a parallel connection detection system and a hanging detection system. Compared with the prior art, the device and the system, which are provided by the invention, has the advantages that the optical fiber link of a near-end machine and a far-end machine and a repeater network management system are used to carry out real-time monitoring on a leaky cable along a railway; a leaky cable fault can be timely found; and the project maintenance cost can be greatly reduced.
