Leaders Reformers Agents of Change: Young People and the Art of Citizenship

The following article is an edited transcript of the keynote presentation delivered by the Office of the Children's Commissioner (OCC) Young People's Reference Group (YPRG). The paper incorporates the information presented by the individual members of the group. This address considers how young people see citizenship, their roles, their perspectives, and their ideas. The YPRG will be addressing the question of what citizenship, in its broadest possible context, means to them and their peers.
