The synergetic approach to the substantiation of introduction of project-oriented management at the University

In present project-oriented management is becoming more and more widely applicable in various spheres of activities. In spite such sustainable development, there are systems in which project-oriented management is used extremely rarely, in particular, russian state universities. The author classifies the goals and objectives of the introduction of project-oriented management at the University from the point of view of the synergetic paradigm description of complex systems.
