Effects of nonequilibrium plasma parameters on the surface characteristics of titanium medical instruments

: Hardening in the stream of nonequilibrium plasma seems to be promising for medical microinstruments made of titanium alloys. The impact of parameters of nonequilibrium plasma and operational conditions of the set on surface properties for several titanium alloys has been studied.
