Expression of Tumor Rejection Antigen gp96 in Twenty Kinds of Tissues and Organs of Mouse

To study the expression of tumor rejection antigen gp96 in twenty kinds of tissues and organs of mouse.Methods:Western blot analysis was used to detect the expression of gp96.Result:In seventeen kinds of tissues and organs of rat,gp96 is the richest in testicle.It is richer in brain,lung,bone marrow and spleen.There is a little in spinal cord,cardiac muscle,tongue,auricle,eyeball and stomach.It is little or nothing in the other 9 tissues and organs.Conclusion Function of gp96 may be various.Its function is deserved to study in testicle,brain,lung,cardiac muscle and so on.
