A virtualization-based business process management model for emergency response system

It is an effective way to mask the impact of the churn of services and task of integrating, conforming and scheduling heterogeneous, distributed resources from multi-domains based on virtualization. In order to implement and validate this approach, a service model based on virtualization has been provided, which include virtualization service layer, business rule editor, and business process management. Business rule is a useful tool to manage the business process through the separation of business and services. An extended event-condition-action rules has been provided and an example shows it will work well on basis on virtual services layer.
