Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma: Radiologic Findings and Assessment of Response to Targeted Antiangiogenic Therapy by Using Multidetector CT

The article examines the most common sites of metastatic RCC and their different appearances, as seen at multidetector CT; introduces the new antiangiogenic therapies used to treat metastatic RCC; and reviews the different classifications that use CT to evaluate tumor response to antiangiogenic therapy in a practical, simple manner.
