A study of EPS based on ant colony optimization PID control

EPS is a nonlinear time-varying system,when the EPS system controlled just by normal PID control algorithm,the effect is not stable.Ant colony optimization is used to optimize the parameters of PID,so that the results are excellent.According to vehicle dynamics,the models of two free degrees vehicle,EPS system and ACO-PID controller are established.Then,models are simulated in Matlab.The results show that combination of ACO and PID control makes the EPS system work more accurately and steadily.
