The invention provides a powder leakage device and a powder supply device for selective laser sintering single side powder supply. The powder leakage device comprises a powder hopper for accommodating sintering powder, a powder leakage tube connected with the powder hopper, a bottom plate connected with the bottom end of the powder leakage tube, and a powder leakage plate arranged between the bottom plate and the powder leakage tube, wherein a powder leakage channel for powder supply is arranged inside the powder leakage tube; a powder leakage groove for powder leakage is formed in one side of the bottom plate; the powder leakage groove is staggered with the powder leakage channel; the powder leakage plate is connected with the powder leakage tube in a sliding manner; a row of powder leakage holes are formed in the powder leakage plate; when the powder leakage plate slides, all the powder leakage holes are positioned right below the powder leakage channel or are positioned right above the powder leakage groove; and initially, all the powder leakage holes are positioned right below the powder leakage channel. According to the powder leakage device and the powder supply device for selective laser sintering single side powder supply, the accurate and quantitative powder supply is automatically achieved, and the manual powder supply is not required.
