The present inventions provides a bipolar output circuit topology of the PFC, comprises in series with the mains Boost boost inductor L1, a rectifier bridge with the correct polarity of Boost inductor L1 connected in series with the rectifier bridge polarity correction parallel synchronous rectifier circuit, the drain of MOS boosting transistor Q1 are respectively connected with a rectifier bridge polarity correction and the cathode of the third diode D3 the cathode of the first diode D1; source step-up MOS transistor Q1 are respectively connected polarity correction bridge rectifier anode of the second diode D2 and the anode of the fourth diode D4. The booster in parallel between the source and the drain of the MOS transistor Q1 is a zener diode and a first capacitor, the cathode of the zener diode connected to the drain of MOS transistor Q1 of the booster, the anode of zener diode connected MOS transistor boost the source of Q1. Offers a wider selection of choices circuit post-stage inverter circuit as UPS, applications for the new product miniaturization.
