Zero Energy Consumption Motor Cooling Device Based on Vortex Tube Effect

In the daily operation of the industry, due to the long-term operation of machinery, the motor load is too large, resulting in motor overheating. In this paper, a kind of large-scale machine tool is designed, which uses the energy wasted in the non-working state of the large-scale machine tool to convert kinetic energy into air energy to produce compressed air with larger compressibility. Then, the compressed gas is sent to the special vortex tube. By using the structural characteristics of the vortex tube device, the cooling gas with lower temperature can be generated, which can rapidly cool the motor and improve the motor operation. The efficiency and the service life of the motor reduce the probability of motor failure in the actual production process.
