The invention discloses a quick self-checking internal inspection data acquisition device for heating furnace tube leakage flux, belonging to the field of nondestructive inspection. The device comprises an upper computer connected to WIFI, a wireless router, an embedded WIFI module, an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) chip, a data acquisition unit and a data storage unit. The data acquisition unit comprises a sampling chip and a leakage flux signal preprocessing circuit, the data storage unit comprises a storage control chip and a storage card, the FPGA chip comprises first, second and third ports, the upper computer connected to WIFI exchanges data with the embedded WIFI module via the wireless router, the embedded WIFI module is provided with a serial port, the serial port is electrically connected with the first port of the FPGA chip, the second port of the FPGA chip is electrically connected with the sampling chip, and the third port of the FPGA chip is electrically connected with the storage control chip. The device can check self condition before inspection of a heating furnace tube.
