Annotation . The review article presents literature data on some mechanisms involved in the formation of chronic heart failure in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with chronic pulmonary heart disease. They can be taken into account in the processes of differential diagnosis, predicting the further course of the disease, the quality of life of the patient. In addition, they will help to achieve efficiency in the treatment of these diseases.
