Singlet oxygen (SO) spectra with resolution of 1 nm and oxygen-iodine medium spectra with resolution of 1,5 nm near =1268 nm have been recorded. The relative concentration of SO on the first vibrational level in the flow without iodine was less than 1-2%. Vibrationally-excited SO molecules in the oxygen-iodine medium were registered directly for the first time. The yield of SO on the first vibrational level was 10-15%. Transfer of SO energy in vibrational degrees of freedom was observed when molecular iodine was added.
