Monoclonal antibody, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method and kit for detecting phenolethanolamine A

2014
The invention discloses a specificity monoclonal antibody capable of distinguishing phenolethanolamine A. The invention further discloses an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method and kit for detecting the phenolethanolamine A. According to the invention, the monoclonal antibody is secreted by a hybridoma cell strain PEAA2D8 of which the preservation number is CCTCC NO: C201498. Compared with the prior art, the lowest detectable limit (IC50) of the ELISA method and the kit, disclosed by the invention, are only 0.63 microgram/L to the phenolethanolamine A, the ELISA method and the kit have no cross reaction for the rest dozens of beta-stimulants, show extremely high detection sensitivity and specificity, and can detect the trace residue of the phenolethanolamine A in animal foods, such as pork. The monoclonal antibody has the advantages of small detection error, high precision, high efficiency, and the like.
