Analysis on X-ray of Neonate Pneumonia

Objective To discuss the main X-ray signs and clinical manifestations of neonate pneumonia.Methods The clinical materials of 110 cases of such patient from May 2005 to October 2007 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were typical symptoms in 9 cases and U-D in 35 cases.There were focus lesion in X-ray in 13 cases,rich lung marking and obscure hilus in 103 cases,acute expand in 18 cases,bronchial phase in 8 cases,post heart sign in 13 cases and obscure in mediastinum in 88 cases.Conclusion The clinical symptoms and signs of neonate pneumonia were not typical but C-ray.The chest X-ray might be reliable diagnostic method for neonate pneumonia.
