Transitory T-lymphoblastic leukemoid reaction in a neonate with Down syndrome

We report a transient leukemia-like picture in a newborn with DS. The leukemic proliferation was identified as lymphoblastic and of T-cell nature. The leukemia disappeared spontaneously in 8 weeks
