Micro- and mesoporous zeolites for methane dehydroaromatization and Mo-containing catalysts based on them
2019
The effect of the source of silicon and the addition of carbon material on the physicochemical properties of synthesized high-silica zeolites with a micro- and mesoporous pore system is investigated. The catalytic properties of Mo/ZSM-5 catalysts prepared on the basis of synthesized zeolites are studied, and the dependence of their activity and stability in the course of non-oxidative methane conversion on textural and acidic characteristics is shown. The HRTEM images show the distribution of Mo clusters with sizes of not more than 1 nm in the Mo/ZSM-5 catalyst. It is also found out that the formation of the mesoporous zeolite structure promote their more uniform and dense distribution in the zeolite catalyst.
