The intelligent compensation type fan power propeller for the energy-saving cooling tower is characterized in that the output shaft of the water turbine is provided with an intelligent rotation speed compensation device, wherein the intelligent rotation speed compensation device is designed in a way that the output shaft of the water turbine is provided with an overrun clutch, inner and outer rings of the overrun clutch are respectively fixedly connected with the output shaft of the water turbine and a conical rack wheel, the conical rack wheel is meshed with a conical pinion, and the conical pinion is connected with an output shaft of a motor. The intelligent compensation type fan power propeller is provided with the intelligent rotation speed compensation device which can change with the weather of seasons, and the maintenance of automation requires that a cooling medium has an efficient, safe and stable cooling effect.
