An intelligent compensation type fan power propeller for an energy-saving cooling tower comprises a water turbine, a fan installed on an output shaft of the water turbine, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe is provided with a pressure reduction water pipe of a reducing valve. The intelligent compensation type fan power propeller for the energy-saving cooling tower is characterized in that the output shaft of the water turbine is provided with an intelligent rotation speed compensation device, wherein the intelligent rotation speed compensation device is designed in a way that the output shaft of the water turbine is provided with an overrun clutch, inner and outer rings of the overrun clutch are respectively fixedly connected with the output shaft of the water turbine and a conical rack wheel, the conical rack wheel is meshed with a conical pinion, and the conical pinion is connected with an output shaft of a motor. The intelligent compensation type fan power propeller is provided with the intelligent rotation speed compensation device which can change with the weather of seasons, and the maintenance of automation requires that a cooling medium has an efficient, safe and stable cooling effect. The effect of cooling the cooling tower fan is achieved, and the requirement of thermal performance is met. The intelligent compensation type fan power propeller is not only energy-saving but also environment-friendly.
