Condensation adsorption recovery device of VOCs gas

The invention discloses a condensation adsorption recovery device of VOCs gas. The device comprises a condensation loop and a variable temperature and pressure adsorption loop, wherein the condensation loop comprises a refrigeration compressor, a condensation heat exchanger, a throttling element, a cold box heat exchanger and a gas-liquid separator; the variable temperature and pressure adsorption loop comprises a variable frequency air pump, a cold box heat exchanger, a liquid injection preventing tank, two groups of variable temperature and pressure adsorption devices which are arranged in parallel and alternately used for adsorption and analytical processing, and a vacuum pump. The device recycles and purifies various substances in organic solvent through the condensation loop and the variable temperature and pressure adsorption loop, finally enables the concentration of VOCs gas to reach milligram grade, and effectively reduces secondary pollution of a unit during operation.
