PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner having excellent low temperature fixability, and capable of obtaining fixability stable to a change in toner application quantity in a toner image, to provide an electrostatic charge image developer, to provide a toner cartridge, to provide a process cartridge, and to provide an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner comprises: a noncrystalline polyester resin; a crystalline polyester resin; a releasing agent; and a coloring agent. The content of the crystalline polyester resin lies in the range of 5 to 15 mass% to the whole of the toner, and, when the soluble content of tetrahydrofuran is dript into methanol, the amount of the dissolved component to the methanol is ≤1 mass% to the whole of the toner.
