The invention discloses a pipeline carrying vehicle which comprises a top frame, a bottom frame, supporting rods and steering wheels, wherein the supporting rods are fixedly arranged between the top frame and the bottom frame, the steering wheels are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the bottom frame, and a positioning column assembly is fixedly arranged on the bottom frame, wherein the top frame comprise a first round rod beam and a clamp assembly, and the clamp assembly comprises a revolving drum, a first supporting plate, a supporting column, a clamp belt and a clamp. According the pipeline carrying vehicle disclosed by the invention, the clamp assembly is arranged on the top frame, an exhaust pipe is clamped tightly by the clamp belt, and the two ends of the clamp belt are clamped tightly by virtue of the clamp. Compared with the method of clamping the exhausting pipe by the chain in the prior art, the method of clamping the exhausting pipe in the invention has the advantages of improving the fixing effect of the exhausting pipe and preventing the exhausting pipe from falling off. Meanwhile, the clamp assembly and the first round rod beam are arranged to be relatively rotatable, so that the DOF (Degree of Freedom) of fixing the exhausting pipe is increased and thus the exhausting pipes different in length can be used. Moreover, the clamp belt is adjustable to fit the exhausting pipes different in diameter.
