Experimental study on the characteristics of rice husk pyrolysis.

With rice husk as feedstock,with DHC-32 as the catalyst,and with high-purity N2 as the carrier gas,the effect of the pyrolysis temperature and the DHC-32 catalyst on pyrolysis char-acteristics has been experimentally studied in a tube furnace.The results show that the concentra-tion of H2 and CO in the pyrolysis gas rapidly increases as the pyrolysis temperature increasing,while the concentration of CH4 and CO2 decreases.When adding DHC-32 into the samples,the tendency of the content of H2,CO,CH4 and CO2 with the temperature rising is not changed.How-ever,there is a certain impact for the composition of the four kinds of gases.At the same time,within the range of experiment temperatures,when the content of DHC-32 is 10%,the effect of DHC-32 on pyrolysis is more visible than the content of 3%.
