The drive device comprises an internal combustion engine, a first motor/generator, a second motor/generator, an input shaft, an output shaft, a double-row planet gear set, a first brake and a second brake. The double-row planet gear set is formed by a first planet gear train and a second planet gear strain through connection, wherein the first planet gear strain comprises a first component, a second component and a third component; the second planet gear strain comprises a fourth component, a fifth component and a sixth component; the first component is connected with the output shaft of the first motor/generator, the second component is connected with the output shaft and the fourth component, and the third component is connected with the sixth component; and the first brake is connected with the fifth component, and the second brake is connected with the third component or the sixth component. The hybrid power drive device is mainly applied to hybrid power vehicles.
