Pressusre fatigue testing apparatus for heat exchanger

The present invention relates to a pressure fatigue testing apparatus for a heat exchanger and a pressure fatigue testing method thereof. The pressure fatigue testing apparatus includes a control unit and a fluid supply regulating unit for processing a pressure test by supplying and pressurizing fluid into the inside of a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes first and second flow paths which are separated from each other. The control unit includes a control algorithm for a pressure fatigue test, and controls the fluid supply regulating unit using the control algorithm in order to supply and pressurize fluid to the first and second flow paths. Thus, the control unit inspects leakage in the first and second flow paths by monitoring pressure values of the first and second flow paths in real time. Therefore, the pressure fatigue testing apparatus can automatically inspect the pressure fatigue of the heat exchanger.
