The invention provides an air conditioning system of a vehicle. The vehicle comprises a power battery and a vehicle controller. The air conditioning system comprises an air conditioner, a heater and a controller. The air conditioner is used for producing cool air; the heater is used for producing warm air; the controller is connected with the air conditioner, the heater, the power battery and the vehicle controller, and used for judging whether the air conditioning system meets cooling/heating start conditions when the controller receives a signal from a switch, sending a cooling/heating start request signal to the vehicle controller if the air conditioning system meets cooling/heating start conditions, and controlling the air conditioner/the heater to be started to perform cooling/heating when the controller receives a cooling/heating start permissive signal sent by the vehicle controller. The air conditioning system has the advantages of simple structure and easy communication. The invention also provides the vehicle having the air conditioning system and a control method of the air conditioning system.
