Temperature threshold setting based on human detection

A system comprising: a first distance sensor is set to detect a human; Logic that is coupled to the first distance sensor, wherein the logic adjusts a temperature threshold on the basis of whether a person has been detected, wherein the logic is configured to reduce the temperature threshold from a first threshold temperature to a second temperature threshold when the presence of a person is detected, and to reduce the threshold temperature from the second temperature threshold to a third temperature threshold, if after a predetermined period of time still the presence of a person is detected.
