Wild fructus rosae laevigatae was used as raw materials and French wine yeast K1 and pectate lyase EXV used as auxiliary materials toproduce fructus rosae laevigateae fruit wine.The production techniques and the key techniques were investigated.The produced fruit wine hadstrong aroma and unique style and special typicality.
