Mediação do processo ensino-aprendizagem com o jogo de empresas mercado virtual: uma pesquisa de opinião

From the need to give dynamism to the teaching-learning, it brought forth a enterprise simulator and business game called Mercado Virtual. It comprises various contents of the graduation in Production Engineering and it is presented in the form of a game which simulates an industrial organizational environment. This essay shows the users opinions about the game as mediator and support to the teachinglearning process in the engineering teaching. Research is applied in the forms of quantitative and qualitative approaches, with exploratory objective and bibliographic research technical procedure. The instruments of data collection used were evaluation questionnaire and software database. Data were submitted to descriptive analysis and cleared that the managerial ability most challenged by the game was the capacity to take risks, the greater intensity benefit achieved was practicing decisions taking and the technique of teaching with greater participation and availing was "games and simulations". As the main conclusions, it can stand out the student active involvement in the learning process, the simulation of practice in academy environment as regards the experiential of problems examination process, decision taking of an organization and control of results; the game was well accepted in web environment because the ease access, flexibility of space and time use and good acceptance of simulations scenarios, as well as the interactive learning environment and the b-learning method.
