The purpose of the this study was to investigate the effect of the Condition Monitoring System Using Mobile Internet（CMSUMI） exerts on the conditioning education, and the subject to train up the self-management ability of the conditioning. The subjects were 25 of the fencers university students. The consciousness analyzed the effectivity of CMSUMI, and the physical condition management and the conditioning in questionnaire.
