"A "post-enactment evaluation" means one made by the relevant government agencies and personnel after an act was enacted and has been enforced for a period of time,concerning the consequences of its implementation.It aims to discover the problems arising out of the enforcement and analyze its legislative reasons so as to improve the legislation.While choosing what is to be evaluated,effectiveness,necessity and feasibility of the choice must be taken into account.
