The article deals with the use of interactive technologies in technical higher education institutions. During the formation of specialists, European integration trends are aimed at modernizing the teaching process and contribute to its transformation in order to increase its efficiency through the use of innovative technologies that are optimally combined with the traditional ones to which the game forms are assigned. The essence of the concept of the game in various sciences, its essence, functions of the game activity, the importance of the game in relation with the psychological and pedagogical personality development are analyzed. The importance and necessity of using game forms in the educational process for the better learning of knowledge, especially when studying in the modern conditions of humanitarian disciplines in technical universities, is revealed, therefore, the introduction of game forms into the educational process is relevant and necessary. Describes the author's development and the course of the game "Know the topic", which is used during the lectures on the discipline "Pedagogy, Psychology and Teaching Methods in Higher School" for masters. Listed a number of functions performed by the proposed game form of the class and describes the effectiveness of surveys of students who took part in the class.
