Monitoring, Communications and Data Processing of CPV Plants

The paper tries to justify the use of the monitoring system and how important is to standardize the communication protocols used between the host and the CPV equipments. This will have a direct impact in the accuracy of the data measurements that will be provided to the CPV community.
