Nursing of 66 cases patients with femoral neck fracture during perioperative period

Objective: To investigate the nursing way of the femoral neck fracture (FNF) in elder patients perioperative. Methods: From April 2007 to April 2008, patients in our hospital with FNF were 66 cases , and were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results: 66 cases patients with FNF were all successful, there were no cases of deep vein thrombosis, non-one cases of lung infection, all patients were successfully discharged from hospital, average length of stay (20.6 ± 5.4) d, followed up for 6 months-2 years, fracture healing, a good rehabilitation. Conclusion: Effective preoperative correct guidance, meticulous postoperative care, scientifically and reasonably functional training can be effective in reducing the complications of old age the incidence of femoral neck fractures, to promote early rehabilitation is to ensure that the key to successful treatment.
