The invention relates to a method and system for controlling wind-solar hybrid power generation and energy storage, which belong to the technical field of wind-solar hybrid power generation. The technical scheme is that: a preceding stage comprises two input direct current converting circuits (3), a bidirectional direct current converting circuit (7), a main controller (9) and a drive unit (10); a backward stage comprises a voltage inverter (4), a filter circuit (5), a main controller and a drive unit; voltage and current signals of a photovoltaic cell (8), a wind power generator (1), a super capacitor (11), a storage battery (12) and an electric network (6) which are connected with the preceding stage and the backward stage are acquired; and the acquired voltage and current signals are analyzed by the main controller. The method and system provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that: the solar energy and wind energy are connected into a grid for generating power by the two input direct current converting circuits and the inverter at a maximum power point; the stored energy in the super capacitor and the storage battery can realize flexible charging and discharging adjustment based on maximum power tracking by the bidirectional direct current converting circuit, so that the clean energy can be utilized to the hilt and the stability and the conversion rate of the system are improved.
