The wellhead device comprises a well cover and a geotextile filtering layer which is fixedly arranged at the outer side of the well cover; the well cover is composed of a top cover with a top cover hole and hard side walls which are vertically connected to the four sides of the top cover; each side wall is composed of a side wall holed part located at the upper part and a side wall hole-free part located at the lower part; the geotextile filtering layer covers the top cover and the side wall holed part; the side wall hole-free part is buried below a ground surface of a river bottom or a channel bottom; the middle upper part of the side wall hole-free part is exposed; and the upper surface of the top cover of the well cover is an inclined plane. The device has a larger free water inlet section, a function of preventing low-water-level sewage from returning back to a pot, has a filtering function and a certain sludge impacting resistance capability, and prolongs the service life of a pot returning tank; and meanwhile, the device is easy to construct and saves sandstone filter materials.
