Development of Patient-Derived Gastric Cancer Organoids from Endoscopic Biopsies and Surgical Tissues

Background Organoids are three-dimensional in vitro models of human disease developed from benign and malignant gastrointestinal tissues with tremendous potential for personalized medicine applications.
