The utility model relates to a warp stop device on a Tsudakoma ZAX9100-type weaving machine. When a warp yarn passes through a warp stop sheet, the warp stop sheet is suspended above a connecting rod, the connecting rod is connected with a warp stop controller, a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) switch chip of the warp stop controller is connected with a power supply, a main control board and an indicator lamp, and the indicator lamp is connected with the power supply. The traditional warp stop device in a warp stop system is modified, a specially-made chip of a main controller is removed, the warp stop controller adopts the CMOS switch chip as a main control element and a light emitting diode (LED) as an indicator element, when the warp yarn is broken, the warp stop sheet falls onto the connecting rod, the connecting rod is conducted, a signal is transmitted to the warp stop controller, a switching value signal is generated by the CMOS switch chip in the device to be transmitted to the main control board so as to realize the rotation stop of the weaving machine, and the LED can indicate a position on which the warp yarn is broken. The warp stop device is operated for more than one year and is good to run, so that the production cost is greatly reduced.
