Chemical spray pyrolysis of CuInSe2 thin films

Abstract Our purpose in this paper is to give a brief review of recent studies concerning the chemical spray pyrolysis of CuInSe 2 thin films. We also present the results of our own work on this subject and we show that the crystallographic, electrical and optical properties of this material are strongly related to the fabrication conditions employed, particularly the substrate temperature and the atomic ratio R = Cu:In:Se .
