P‐198: High Transparency and Low Operation Voltage Top Emission Organic Light Emitting Devices with Thin Film Encapsulation

We have fabricated 3V turn on AMOLED displays with a 70 % transparent cathode consisting of ITO film at 40 A/s deposition rate. The stack of organic and inorganic films plus over-coated UV glue prepared in low temperature was optimized for protection of top-emitting displays, proven by Ca test at 60 °C/90% RH.
