Исследование взаимосвязи комплекса медико-социальных факторов и приверженности фармакотерапии больных хроническими заболеваниями

We have done the analysis of the relationship adherenceto pharmacotherapypatients with chronic disease and following factor groups: demographics, socio-economic, medical, pharmaceutical. The evaluation was conducted by constructing contingency tables and calculating the criterionχ2. Statistically significant association between low adherence to pharmacotherapy and the following factors were found: residence in rural areas and poorly equipped housing; the absence of higher education; low income; belonging to the socio-professional groups individual businessmen and jobless; use alcohol 2–3 times per week, smoking, irregular visit physician; large number of medicines taken at the same time, taking medicines three or more times a day; the decision to purchasemedicines for of chronic diseases is not prescribed by a doctor, but on the advice of a pharmacist or from personal experience of consumption.
