Agricultural material dynamic characteristic test apparatus and method

The invention discloses a device and a method for testing mechanical characteristics of agricultural materials. The device comprises a frame, a transmission system, tester accessories, and peripheral terminal equipment, wherein the transmission system is connected with one side of a movable cross-beam; and the peripheral terminal equipment includes a control main board, a display panel, a computer and a printer. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting corresponding test devices according to different requirements of tensile test, compression test, bend test and shear test; calibrating a force sensor and starting the tester and the computer; loading and recording a test sample; and inspecting the test parameter setting and checking to determine whether the test sample is valid. The invention can achieve accurate test of mechanical characteristics of agricultural materials by adopting small-range and high-accuracy force sensor, and the test device special for tensile test, compression test, bend test and shear test is designed. The test device and the software thereof are designed to achieve repeated loading of the materials, thus obtaining low-cycle mechanical characteristic data of agricultural materials.
