The invention relates to an integrated protection calculation method of an intelligent transformer station based on a fault tolerance performance. The method is characterized in that areas are divided according to different protection ranges of the intelligent transformer station, current and voltage information of components are used to obtain the output value of direction information of each direction component in the area and the output value of differential protection motion information of a protection area, all obtained information of each area are mixed to calculate an integrated value of a fault component, the integrated value is compared with a threshold value of the fault component, and comparison results of each area are integrated, and the fault component is located according to a fault discriminating principle. It can be ensured that the fault position can be discriminated accurately when differential protection has misoperation or resists operation due to the fact that data information is lost or has errors, a circuit breaker is ineffective or a transformer generates exciting inrush current. The calculation method is scientific, reasonable, simple, reliable, highly adaptive and high in fault tolerance performance.
