Aerospace coatings, their preparation and method of forming a coating aviation

The present invention provides a coating material for aircraft, their preparation and methods for forming coatings for aircraft. Wherein the coating comprises a percentage by weight of the surface-modified by an organic modifier nanometer powder 10-25% titanium dioxide, silicone-modified polyurethane resin paint 25-40%, 1-2.5% wetting and dispersing agents, defoaming agent 0.2-1%, 1.5-4.5% anti-settling agent, coalescent 0.5-1% and the balance solvent. The preparation method comprises mixing the agent organically modified titania surface modified nano powder, wetting and dispersing agents, defoaming agents, anti-settling agent, and coalescent solvents, and ground to a fineness of ≤15μm uniformly dispersed, and silicone-modified polyurethane resin paint uniformly mixed to obtain the coating. The present invention provides a coating in aerospace applications meet further having good hydrophobic surface coating, and may be cured at room temperature, simple process, suitable for industrial production.
