Caracterização e satisfação dos consumidores da Feira da Agricultura Familiar no município de São Lourenço do Sul-RS

The aim of this study was to characterize consumers’ satisfaction towards the Familiar AgricultureMarket in Sao Lourenco do Sul-RS. Sixty questionnaires were applied to consumers. Theresearch was conducted between October 2015 and January 2016. Thirty one consumers arecollege graduates or students. Our results showed that college and post-graduatedconsumersspent more (p=0,048) in the market. There was no relation between spending and type of work(public, private, independent) (p=0,778). Spending was positively influenced by financial incomeand family size, although it was negatively related with shopping frequency. Gender andage were not related with consumers’ spending (R2=0,309; F5=6,281; p<0,001). Consumersare satisfied with the market.
