The invention discloses a manufacturing method for forming a composite big board through a VARI technology. A big board prefabricated body is laid and pasted to flat glass, demoulding cloth and a flow guiding net are laid and pasted to the upper portion of the big board prefabricated body, the demoulding cloth completely covers the big board prefabricated body, and the distance between the edge of the flow guiding net and the edge of the big board ranges from 5 cm to 10 cm. According to the length of the big board and the effective flowing distance of resin, winding pipes are placed at the upper portion of the flow guiding net in a segmented manner for glue injection, the winding pipes are suspended and connected with the flow guiding net at the upper portion of the big board prefabricated body through another flow guiding net, and the number of the winding pipes is commonly the odd number. Then, suction pipes are placed on the two sides of the big board prefabricated body, the distance between the suction pipes and the edge of the big board is about 20 cm, and the demoulding cloth is connected with the big board. Finally, bag closure and glue injection are conducted, segmented glue injection is conducted in the glue injection process, the resin is arranged in a segmented manner as well, and the resin of each glue injection pipe can be independently arranged. The manufacturing method breaks through the limitation of the size of the composite board, and the composite big board with a certain size can be manufactured as long as the number of glue injection pipelines is reasonable.
